What is ONLINE training?

PCCPA is happy to present the opportunity to all of you to watch, and receive certificate all in home. Best part you can watch it (or even hear it by calling a local number) on your mobile phone or desktop-- it's all online and held around Naptime! Monday-Saturday

If your unable to attend our training, or missed a part; you can always watch it at a later day and the training is broken up in parts throughout the week so that no is missing out on anything and to increase participations (~-30 minutes) . Are you ready?

What Languages is it taught in? 
-English, Spanish, and Portuguese- More Languages will be available down the line

How much does it cost, is it FREE or more expensive?
-(depending on availability) ---As a 501(c)3 Organization we want you all to be properly trained, so if you aren't looking for certification it is FREE! If you are looking for certification then a minimal fee would be requested. 

We have gone to your LIVE training, and know you all ALWAYS raffle of prizes and awards- Would I still be able to receive awards if i take ONLINE live training? 
-YES!!! As a nonprofit Organization we love to pass along as much products to the community as possible. Therefore remember that those, certificate seeking individuals, who attend our training will be able to participate in any raffles that are currently going on. In regards to gifts, if you receive a gift we will do our best to ship it out to you with your certification, or schedule a pick-up/delivery to you! Some prizes like Tablets or Laptop will require Special mailing instructions

I missed Some of the training, does that mean i lost the chance to receive the certification? 
-NO! We understand that at times the children under your care might not be ready to go to sleep, or else an emergency can arise, which is why we post our training in our portal which you can watch it. We post our video's LIVE for you all so you all can have the opportunity to ask us any questions; 

What if I Have a voucher or credit can I use it?
-Depends on the voucher; if it says "ONLINE and LIVE TRAINING" then yes, if it doesn't then unfortunately you might be unable to use it. Contact our [email protected] to see if your voucher qualifies. 

Do I have to turn in or mail anything to you all to receive the certification? 
-Depends! Sometime we might have activities or work but --Mostly they gets submitted ONLINE while the training is taking place, and attendance is verified through your individual Portal so no need to give you all work to "verify" you attended our training.
