Our Nonprofit Statement of Intent
- PCCPA is a non-profit, community development organization. PCCPA's primary goal is to help build strong, healthy, educated, and informed neighborhoods in the urban and rural areas that we work in.
- PCCPA completes these task through our partnerships with various organizations, as well as holding open events to anyone in the community that might be interested.
- Below are some programs that PCCPA is associated and might be of interest to you. Remember that we will continue to expand our partnerships in our quest in continuing to offer the community as much opportunity to Grow and Develop as possible.
HealthCare MarketPlace Registration (CAC)
- PCCPA is registered as a CAC organization which means all of our volunteers have completed training with the CMS Board to assist the community in registering every year through the Healthcare marketplace.
- As a Certified Application Councilor Organization our organization is here to help people understand, apply, and enroll for health coverage through the Marketplace. PCCPA will continue to work for the community informing them of what they qualify for in the hopes of having 100% of the population enrolled and covered with insurance.
- This service is free of charge, and we are not sponsored by any insurance company nor can we lead you to any specific insurance company.

We Wish to assist dedicated child professionals, or individuals who are interested in following a career in the child care, or community assistance field. We wish to prepare these dedicated individuals by giving them all the opportunities to succeed. We accomplish such task by:
- Having various meeting with those in your cities local community that will inform you of local regulations and requirement.
- Assist you in obtaining scholarships from different field offices or major organizations that might offer continued education
- Creating courses that will better prepare you in maintaining and expanding your small business needs.
- Offering various scholarships for both our members and also low income families.
- Increasing the growth and development of our members so as to create a more lasting impact on the child's life.
- Offer Need-Based Scholarship to the local community
First Time Home Buyer Program and Build:
- PCCPA works tirelessly with numerous organization throughout the City of Houston, and other areas to assist them in holding open seminars and information runs open to those interested in owning their first home.
- Because of our organization long list of international (foreign language speaking) Members and volunteer, our organization tirelessly works with other entities to educate, inform, and train first time home builders.
- WIthout the help of our volunteers we would not have had the opportunity of working side by side with major builders to assist in building homes throughout the city of RIchmond for low-moderate income families.
- PCCPA is currently working with a group of engineers to assist in building affordable housing for at risk single parents.
