CACFP is a USDA administered program. It allows adult and child care centers as well as child day care home providers to have additional resources to allow  you to afford healthy meals for them. PCCPA is a TEXAS approved SPONSOR that can help you receive financial Assistance  Together we can help ALL those in our community eat a full and healthy meal.

Who Are We? 

We are a Non-Profit sponsor for the State of Texas Food Program. Our directors, have all worked with the Department of Human Services, Licensing, and Child Day Care for over 40 combined years.  

With the Backing of an state wide nonprofit, you should be at ease knowing that all our representatives will assist you in any way we can. Texas Food Program (TXFP) believes in keeping good standards for all the child care providers under our watch and assisting them in not only providing CACFP support but in various different fields. We are always growing and hope that you wish to take part with us. We hope you all can see that we are more than a CACFP sponsor, we are a non-profit partner known for its good name and service to the daycare community.

Child Programs

Whether you have a For Profit Day Care Center or are part of a Church Day Care, we know that all children deserve healthy meals and the chance to grow into their fullest potential. PCCPA works side-by-side with you to assist in feeding all children a full and healthy meal regardless of their household’s income.

Senior Programs

Most Non Residential Senior Programs can qualify to receive financial assistance to help cover some of the cost for feeding our elderly. Instead of spending countless hours in filling out forms, with PCCPA you will have access to our virtual platform to assist in organizing community activities and providing healthy meals.

After School Programs

The development of as a child never stops at the end of each school day. We appreciate and lend our support to all After School and At Risk programs for giving children a safe environment from Pre-K up to High School Seniors. PCCPA assists organizations to all children who require it. Allow our Non Profit to help your Non Profit provide healthy meals TODAY!

Emergency Shelters 

All licensed Emergency Shelters qualify to receive financial assistance to continue feeding all children staying in their shelters. PCCPA understands how difficult it can be at times to obtain sufficient donations to cover the costs of feeding growing children. Allow PCCPA to help you make that possible.
